Data Protection Act
The data shall be the subject of automated treatment and incorporated into our database, of which the company of the event organizer will be the holder and solely responsible.
All the information that you provide us with will be reserved exclusively for the use of the commercial activities of the organizing company of the event. No other person will have access to the data, without the expressed permission of the owner.
In no case can the company Event Organizer disclose to any third party the information that identifies their users individually, without express authorization of these users.
In accordance with the Fundamental Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature (LOPD), the data supplied by the user will be incorporated into an automated file, which will be processed solely for the purpose described. These will be collected through the appropriate mechanisms which will only contain the fields necessary to provide the service requested by the user. Personal data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection, according to the Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June, taking all the necessary security measures to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access by third parties who may use the information for purposes other than those for which they have been requested by the user. The personal data object of the automated treatment may only be ceded, according to article 11 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, for purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the assignor and the assignee with the prior consent of the person concerned.
